JBR Environmental Consultants, Inc. has completed more than 200 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents on behalf of numerous federal agencies. Lead agencies and client proponents alike have acknowledged JBR's leadership in the preparation of Environmental Assessments (EAs), Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), and related documentation required for compliance with the NEPA and CEQA.
