JBR Environmental Consultants, Inc. has completed more than 200 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and state equivalent environmental compliance documents on behalf of numerous federal agencies. Lead agencies and client proponents alike have acknowledged JBR's leadership in the preparation of Environmental Assessments (EAs), Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), and related documentation required for compliance with the NEPA. JBR staff have experience with state equivalent environmental compliance policies for California (CEQA), Montana (MEPA), and Washington (SEPA).

JBR’s multi-disciplinary, in-house professional staff includes botanists, wildlife biologists, range specialists, geologists, soil scientists, hydrologists, hydrogeologists, planners, archaeologists, environmental engineers, wetland scientists, geochemists, and air quality experts.
