TITLE V PERMITTING ASSISTANCE, NONPAREIL CORPORATION

JBR has provided ongoing Title V permitting assistance to Nonpareil Corporation including obtaining a permit to construct for a new boiler on an expedited schedule. JBR worked with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality to get construction approval in less than two months for a new replacement boiler. JBR completed a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) applicability analysis for Nonpareil in response to the EPA mandatory GHG reporting rule and is now in the process of developing GHG emission inventory calculation spreadsheets to be used for reporting to EPA in 2010.
