Multiple Phase I Environmental Assessments (ESAs) for a Major Agricultural Supplier

JBR provided Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at 10 grain-loading and off-loading facilities and seed-treating plants. This project was necessary to allow the property owner to satisfy one of the requirements for the innocent landowner defense under CERCLA (Superfund) liability. These ESAs were performed under a tight schedule using ASTM E 1527-05 standards.
