ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP OF A DIESEL FUEL SPILL, MILES CITY, MT.

A vandalized valve on a tank of previously-recovered diesel fuel awaiting recycling resulted in a new 37,000-gallon release at the site. JBR provided project consulting services for coordination with regulatory agencies, analized the extent of contamination delineation and monitoring well installations with JBR’s Geoprobe, conducted oversight for subcontracted dig and haul services, and worked on the  design, installation, operation, and maintenance of a free product collection system using a dual phase extraction remediation system.
