UNEV PIPELINE PROJECT FINAL EIS

JBR Environmental Consultants, Inc. recently completed the preparation of a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for an interstate pipeline as a third-party contractor for the BLM. The project, proposed by Holly Energy Corporation, consists of a proposed 400-mile, 12-inch, buried common carrier pipeline for refined petroleum products that will extend from refineries in North Salt Lake City, Utah to North Las Vegas, Nevada. JBR worked closely with the BLM State Offices in Utah and Nevada, as well as six Field Offices to evaluate potential impacts that the construction and operation of the pipeline, pump stations, terminals, and related facilities will have on human, natural, and cultural resources along the length of the proposed right-of-way through western Utah and southern Nevada.
