AT&T On-call Environmental Support within the State of Nevada
JBR Environmental Consultants, Inc. (JBR) provided assistance to AT&T for fiber optic linear projects related to environmental baseline surveys, permitting, and construction monitoring in conjunction with local, state, and federal agencies throughout Nevada. Projects required the preparation of Environmental Assessments (EAs), performing sensitive plant and wildlife surveys, desert tortoise surveys, wetland delineations, and environmental monitoring related to construction activities. JBR has also prepared numerous EAs analyzing the construction of Nevada Bell fiber optic cables and associated facilities across private and public (Bureau of Land Management and United States Forest Service) lands within Nevada.
