UTAH DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE INTEGRATED CONTINGENCY PLAN DEVELOPMENT

JBR Environmental Consultants, Inc. (JBR) prepared a comprehensive Integrated Contingency Plan (ICP) for the Utah National Guard Headquarters facility.  The ICP integrates State and Federal Clean Water Act; National Contingency Plan (NCP); and U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) storm water, spill control, pipeline, and hazardous materials operations and regulatory compliance requirements into a single, user-friendly manual for on-site emergency response.
