TOXIC RELEASE INVENTORIES, MULTIPLE PROJECTS

JBR has performed Toxic Release Inventories (TRIs) for numerous facilities since 1998. This Emergency Preparedness Community-Right-to-Know (EPCRA) regulation requires qualifying industries to annually disclose their release of listed ‘toxic’ chemicals to the environment. JBR has provided TRI services to some of the largest mining facilities in Utah and Nevada. We have also provided TRI services in Alaska, Washington, Wyoming, Idaho and Colorado. JBR is adept in exemption determinations, threshold calculations, release computations, self disclosure of necessary changes to previous years’ reports, and Form R electronic submittals. Our current and past clients include: Barrick North American, Newmont Mining, Glamis Gold, Brush Resources, Bowie Resources, Pend Oreille, and Ash Grove Cement.
