22 years of experience
Linda is an expert in Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Washington State Executive Order 05-05, Section 4(f), NEPA/SEPA, and local regulation compliance throughout the Pacific Northwest.  She has directed research and documentation including archaeological / architectural surveys, testing and data recovery excavations, prehistoric and historic artifact analysis, tribal consultation, and oral histories for mitigation recommendations, technical reports, and sections for Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Classification Summaries, and SEPA Checklists.

Tom has served as Principal Investigator on numerous cultural resource assessments throughout the Pacific Northwest in compliance with federal and state regulations including Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, NEPA, Section 4(f), and Washington State Executive Order 05-05, and SEPA, as well as under local regulations.  In addition to his archaeological background, he has documented vernacular residential and agricultural buildings, bridges, commercial buildings, and irrigation structures at the reconnaissance and intensive levels, identifying historical trends in settlement, land use, and ethnic affiliations.

Doug has studied and documented numerous prehistoric and historic sites and cultural materials of the Columbia Plateau, Great Basin, Northwest Coast, and Plains Culture Areas including: Paleoindian-ethnohistoric occupation sites, tipi rings, prehistoric quarries, toolstone scatters, shell middens, rockshelters, rock art, stone alignments, cairns/rockpiles, bison jumps, stone and wood fish weirs, culturally modified trees, prehistoric housepits, Traditional Cultural Properties, and various historic structures and features.

Kara specializes in historical archaeology and has experience documenting historic and prehistoric cultural material in the Pacific Northwest and northern California.  She has experience in all aspects of cultural resource projects including: conducting background research, archaeological surveys, subsurface testing, and data recovery excavation; analyzing historic artifacts; documenting historical structures; and writing professional reports.
