Reno's Oxbow Nature Study Area Slowly Recovering from Fire, Floods
Over the past year, JBR has been working with the city of Reno and the Nevada Department of Wildlife with the restoration of the Oxbow Nature Study area, a local park adjacent to the Truckee River. The restoration project included baseline surveys, agency permitting, restoration design, and construction management/oversight was managed by JBR’s Brian Boyd and Matt Setty.
